What data we collect and how
This website collects the personal data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, project type, location, estimated timeline, current project stage, the message text and any attached files (for example drawings or photographs). The site requires no registration and has no public data-entry areas other than the contact form.
Why we process it (purpose and legal basis)
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry, assess the feasibility of the project and provide the information or quote requested. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and our legitimate interest in following up on enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f), EU Reg. 2016/679). Providing the data is optional, but without the data marked as mandatory we will not be able to respond to your request.
How it is handled
Data may be managed and stored through the Company’s internal management and CRM systems, used to organise business contacts and follow up on enquiries. Data is processed using IT tools and security measures adequate to ensure its integrity and confidentiality, and is accessible only to authorised staff and to technical service providers acting as data processors on behalf of the Company.
Who we share it with
Your data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared only with parties providing services instrumental to our activity (for example IT, email or document-management providers), appointed as data processors, as well as with public authorities where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless different legal obligations apply or retention is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. After that period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, within the limits set by Art. 15-22 of EU Reg. 2016/679. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@mcbuild.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
